Quality Draft Solutions offers an optional SMS cleaning reminder program to help customers maintain their draft beer, cold brew, nitro, and other beverage-dispensing systems.
By enrolling, you agree to receive recurring informational text messages from Quality Draft Solutions at the mobile telephone number you provide. Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing equipment, products, or services from Quality Draft Solutions.
Program Description
Customers enrolled in the Quality Draft Solutions SMS Cleaning Reminder Program may receive:
- Weekly reminders to clean their draft or beverage-dispensing system.
- Approximately two reminders per year to inspect and, when necessary, replace the system’s air filters.
- Occasional administrative messages directly related to the reminder program, including enrollment confirmations, opt-out confirmations, or changes to the program.
These messages are intended to provide equipment-maintenance reminders. Enrollment in this program does not enroll you in promotional or marketing text messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency is approximately four to six messages per month.
Most enrolled customers will receive one system-cleaning reminder each week and approximately two additional air-filter reminders per year. Message frequency may vary slightly because some months contain five weekly reminder dates or because of administrative messages related to the program.
Consent to Receive Messages
By submitting an enrollment form and selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated informational text messages from Quality Draft Solutions at the mobile number you provide.
Your consent applies only to the Quality Draft Solutions SMS Cleaning Reminder Program described on this page.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Quality Draft Solutions.
The person enrolling in the program must be the authorized user of the mobile number provided or have permission from the authorized user to enroll that number.
How to Opt In
New and existing Quality Draft Solutions customers may enroll through the SMS Cleaning Reminder signup form.
To enroll, you must:
- Provide a valid mobile telephone number.
- Select the separate, unchecked checkbox agreeing to receive recurring SMS cleaning and air-filter maintenance reminders.
- Submit the enrollment form.
Simply providing a telephone number, purchasing a product, requesting a quote, creating an account, or accepting our general Terms of Service does not enroll you in the SMS program.
After enrolling, you may receive a confirmation message from Quality Draft Solutions confirming your participation and providing instructions for obtaining help or opting out.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Quality Draft Solutions or Opt-Out Link
After your opt-out request is received, you may receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent through this program unless you later provide new consent to enroll again.
Opting out of SMS reminders does not affect your purchase, warranty, service relationship, or ability to communicate with Quality Draft Solutions through other methods.
How to Re-Enroll
After opting out, you may re-enroll by submitting the website enrollment form again and providing new consent.
When supported by our messaging system, you may also be able to reply START or UNSTOP to the Quality Draft Solutions messaging number. A new confirmation message may be sent after your enrollment is restored or you may use this link to re-enroll

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you by Quality Draft Solutions and to messages you send to Quality Draft Solutions.
Your wireless carrier’s standard text messaging and data charges, terms, and conditions apply. Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your messaging or data plan.
Supported Carriers and Delivery
The SMS Cleaning Reminder Program may not be available through every wireless carrier or on every device.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside the complete control of Quality Draft Solutions.
Quality Draft Solutions does not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered or delivered at a particular time.
Customer Responsibility
SMS messages provided through this program are general reminders only. They are not a replacement for the cleaning schedule, operating instructions, maintenance requirements, or safety instructions provided with your equipment.
Customers remain responsible for:
- Following the cleaning and maintenance instructions applicable to their equipment.
- Determining whether more frequent cleaning or maintenance is required.
- Inspecting and replacing filters based on actual equipment use and operating conditions.
- Maintaining their systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable health and safety requirements.
Quality Draft Solutions is not responsible for equipment damage, beverage-quality issues, sanitation problems, business interruption, or other losses resulting from missed messages, delayed messages, reliance on a reminder, or failure to perform required cleaning or maintenance.
Mobile Information and Privacy
Quality Draft Solutions may collect and maintain:
- Your mobile telephone number.
- Your name, company name, and customer information.
- The date, time, source, and method of your consent.
- Your enrollment status.
- Messages and keywords you send in response to the program.
- Records of HELP, STOP, START, and other consent-related requests.
- Technical delivery information provided by our messaging service providers.
We use this information to operate the SMS Cleaning Reminder Program, send maintenance reminders, document consent, process opt-out requests, provide support, prevent misuse, and comply with legal and carrier requirements.
Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide information to service providers that assist us in operating the messaging program, including telecommunications and messaging-platform providers. Where required, we will obtain new consent before sending messages that are materially different from those covered by your original enrollment.

We may update these SMS Cleaning Reminder Terms & Conditions periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued participation after a nonmaterial update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes to the scope of your SMS consent may require a new opt-in.
