Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on:
- Custom-built or special-order items
- Items that have been installed or used
- Gift cards or discounted/sale items
If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for return, email us before shipping it back.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest solution is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
