Protect your Infusion Pro Series system with a complete four-stage compressed-air filtration panel designed to remove moisture, particles, oil mist, and oil vapor before the air reaches the dispensing equipment.

Every new Infusion Pro Series system now includes this advanced filtration setup as standard equipment. The four filters work progressively, with each stage removing increasingly smaller contaminants from the compressed-air supply. The final activated carbon stage helps reduce residual oil vapor and associated odors for cleaner air and dependable system performance.

The filters are preassembled on a durable galvanized steel mounting panel, creating an organized, easy-to-service filtration system for cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, and other commercial beverage operations.

How the Four-Stage Filtration System Works

Stage 1: Water and Particle Removal
The line filter removes excess condensed water and solid particles down to 1 micron. Its specially designed element allows collected condensate to drain toward the bottom of the bowl instead of accumulating around the filter element.

Stage 2: Fine Oil Mist Filtration
The mist separator removes oil mist and fine particles down to 0.1 micron, providing additional protection for downstream components.

Stage 3: Micro Mist Filtration
The micro mist separator captures extremely fine oil mist and particles down to 0.01 micron, preparing the compressed air for the final purification stage.

Stage 4: Activated Carbon Filtration
The activated carbon filter reduces oil vapor and odors that may remain after the first three filtration stages. Under the manufacturer’s specified test conditions, outlet-side oil concentration is reduced to 0.003 mg/m³ or less.

Maintenance and Replacement

Filter condition and service life depend on air quality, operating hours, compressor condition, moisture levels, and system usage. Quality Draft Solutions recommends inspecting the panel regularly and replacing the filtration elements according to the system’s maintenance schedule.

The activated carbon element should be replaced within one year or 2,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first. The first three filtration elements should be replaced before two years of service or sooner if airflow becomes restricted, pressure drop reaches 0.1 MPa, or contamination is visible.

Always depressurize the system completely before inspecting or replacing filters. Installation and service should be performed by qualified personnel.
